We had a grand stay, loved the friendly staff who really made you feel like family. The food was fabulous – that buffet breakfast had all you could want! Only downside? The pool was a tad small, but sure it did the job after a day's skiing.

Exceptional Stay with Friendly Service
Enjoyed a half-board stay with varied dining options. The salad bar offered fresh selections, enhancing our meals. Staff were truly attentive, making us feel at home. Proximity to public transport was convenient for exploring the area. Pro tip, request a room away from the main road to ensure a quieter night.

The warm colors and abundant use of wood create such a cozy atmosphere, making the common areas feel like a snug blanket on a chilly evening. Everything was so accessible, making it a breeze for us seniors.
More comfortable seating in dining areas.

Unfortunately, the decor in some rooms feels a bit dated, and certain furnishings could use an upgrade. While the games room was a nice addition, it lacked some equipment that would have made it more engaging for kids. Noise can be an issue, especially if you have a room facing the street. we could hear commotion from outside well into the night. the dining area felt a bit crowded during peak times, and I noticed running low on supplies at breakfast, like fresh fruit and pastries. Lastly, having to pay for tap water at dinner just seems a bit off in today’s hospitality scene.
